SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic and international shipping is free with any purchase.

International orders are subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By purchasing on www.gordon-graham.com you understand that you are responsible for all such charges. Should you refuse to pay duty/tax, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited the amount you paid, less full shipping costs.

Once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is received. An email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number.

www.gordon-graham.com ensures that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. If for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately, and you will be given the option to either change or cancel your order.

All orders placed on www.gordon-graham.com Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Gordon Graham will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification.

All purchases placed on December 30th through January 4th, will be shipped out on the 5th due to the holidays. Any order placed on January 5th will follow our regular shipping policy and will be shipped out after 48 hours for order processing, not including weekends or holidays.

Please expect 2-3 business days for shipping within Japan and 7-9 business days for international shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Please note, when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

As as added security measure all orders shipped require a signature upon delivery.


RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns for exchange or store credit within 20 days of the delivery date.

You may return your product(s) for a refund if:

  • The item has been unworn
  • All items including the sunglass, case and cloth are returned
  • The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is provided

For all returns, the customers are responsible for all shipping cost/handling fees on your order unless you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned items will be shipped at no cost to you. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 7 days from the date you receive your package. Any damage claim made after 7 days will not be accepted

The return value is determined by the last retail price of the item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE. Please use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your package, as Gordon Graham is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

www.gordon-graham.com is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of the postal service. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. www.gordon-graham.com does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

All of our frames have a lifetime guarantee. However, we do not cover personal damages done to the frames.
